How it works

Secure your date
Booking takes less than five minutes. Choose your date, place your deposit, and you're done. We'll handle everything else leading up to your wedding day.
2.
The Wedding
Your camcorder arrives a few days before your wedding, fully charged, tested, and ready to go. We include a simple one page guest guide so anyone can pick it up and start filming straight away.
3.
Time to edit
Send the camcorder back using your included prepaid return slip and leave the rest to us. We'll transfer all your raw guest footage and put together a professionally edited recap, delivered to your inbox within two weeks.

General
What happens if you return the camera damaged?
Don't worry, normal wear and tear is completely on us; we don't expect a camera at a wedding to come back spotless. However in the unlikely event of significant damage, we do have a damage cap of £99, so you'll never be faced with an unexpected bill beyond that.
How soon will I get my footage?
Within two weeks of us receiving the camcorder back, you will receive an email with your download link to access all raw footage and professionally edited recap video.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 30 days before your camcorder arrival date receive a full refund.
Cancellations within 30 days of the camcorder arrival date are non-refundable.
The Kit
Does the camcorder record audio?
Yes! These camcorders capture both video and audio. When in loud surroundings, we recommend speaking loud and close or you add on our mic package. Your finished video can be cut to your favourite song or left with unedited audio.
How much footage can it store?
Each camera comes loaded with a 32GB SD card, giving you up to 10 hours of footage per camera. With two cameras in every kit that's plenty of recording time to cover your entire wedding day from start to finish.
Do guests need any experience to use it?
Not at all! These handycams were designed for everyday use, so if your guests can use a smartphone, they can use this. We also include a short setup guide and video walkthrough in every kit just to make sure everyone feels confident from the start.
Shipping & Returns
How far in advance do I need to book?
The sooner the better! We have multiple kits ready to go all year round but with summer weddings being as popular as they are, certain dates do book up fast. We'd always rather tell you we have availability than tell you we don't. So get in touch early to secure your date. Kits are sent out 5 working days before your event.
How do I return the kit?
Returning your kit is simple. Just pack everything back the way it arrived, attach the prepaid returns label included in your box, and drop it at your nearest post office. We'll take care of everything from there.
What if I return it late?
Please note that the standard return date is 7 days after your chosen camcorder arrival date. Late returns incur a small fee. If the camcorder is not return within 5 days past the return date, you'll be charged the full replacement cost.
